My plan is to get in at least 30 minutes of exercise daily. I get up and move between the commercial breaks of my favorite television programs, but for this goal, I'm talking about 30 continuous minutes of activity.
To meet my goal, I'm setting my alarm to wake me up 30 minutes earlier than normal.
